John Sheedy

John Sheedy is the Vice President of Park Brokerage Inc. focusing his efforts on the Manufactured Housing and RV Park industry and is licensed in Arizona, California, and Nevada. Prior to joining Park Brokerage he was a regional executive devoted to sales and business development functions in aimed towards commercial real estate owners including construction, utility services, and tenant debt collections.  He owns and operates Green Forest Estates, a 55+ MH/RV Community in Show Low, Arizona and is a limited partner in four other mobile home parks.

john-sheedyBased out of Scottsdale, John currently serves on the Arizona Manufactured Housing Community Owners Association while also contributing as the Vice President of  the Arizona RV Park and Campground Association. As a longtime Phoenician, John attended Brophy College Preparatory and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in History.  He currently lives in Phoenix with his wife Deanna and 3 year old daughter Madeleine.


Thomas Gonzales

Thomas Gonzales has been working in real estate investment sales since 2004 across the country. He started selling Manufactured Home Communities and RV Parks in 2011. He currently is in charge of prospecting in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. Prior to selling investment real estate Thomas was Director of Acquisitions for Commercial Florida Real Estate Ventures and was responsible for over 500 million dollars in real estate transactions between 2005 and 2010. Combining unparalleled market experience, comprehensive and up-to-the minute knowledge of the markets, innovative and aggressive marketing strategies, Thomas has redefined commercial real estate investment brokerage and consistently achieves superior results for clients.

Prior entering the business world, he had the privilege of serving our country as a US Marine. While serving in the military he attended courses at the University of Texas in Finance and Communications. He also served two tours in Iraq and received numerous medals for his actions in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom. To include a Presidential Accommodation medal, Good Conduct medal and Superior Achievement through joint task forces with the British.
