Drew Dohogne is a seasoned real estate professional who joined Park Brokerage Inc. in 2019. In his current role, he specializes in the investment sales of Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicle (RV) Communities nationwide, with a strategic emphasis on the West Coast market. His core responsibilities encompass comprehensive prospecting, driving business development initiatives, and managing complex real estate transactions. Since joining the firm, Drew has demonstrated an exceptional track record, successfully negotiating and closing park sales with a total transaction volume exceeding $300 million.

Prior to his tenure at Park Brokerage, Drew served as an Associate at a prominent land brokerage firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. During this time, he focused on the disposition of large land parcels, working closely with production home builders, commercial developers, and speculative buyers. This foundational experience provided him with a deep understanding of land valuation, market dynamics, and high-level contract negotiation.

Drew holds active real estate salesperson licenses in both California and Arizona. He brings a strong academic background to his practice, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Development, accompanied by a minor from the Eller College of Management, from the University of Arizona. Before his collegiate studies, he attended Brophy College Preparatory, where he played baseball all for years.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Drew is deeply dedicated to his family. He met his wife, Jordan, during their time at the University of Arizona. Today , they reside in Santa Barbara, California, where they enjoy spending their free time with their son, Brooks, and their Labrador Retriever, Fitz.
