The property also features 1 double-wide mobile home (3 beds, 2 baths) that is rented for $1,650 per month and 1 single-wide mobile home that is rented for $650 per month. There are men’s and women’s showers and bathrooms in the office, in addition to a separate laundry/shower/bathroom house that is centrally located on the property. There is room to lower the expenses as the owner takes an annual salary of $45,000, however does not actively manage the property. Advertising expenses can also be cut down significantly.
