John Grant

John Grant founded Park Brokerage Inc. in 1999 and operated the firm through 2022. In the last 35 years John has sold 226 parks with a total consideration of $863 Million. John is a former board member and president of WMA, the California statewide manufactured homeowner’s association, and a former board member of CALOHA, the California statewide RV park owner’s association. John has ownership interests and professionally manages five manufactured housing communities and five RV parks. John and his wife Sandra live in San Diego.
