Bill Warren

Bill Warren is an associate of Park Brokerage and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Park Brokerage, Bill was an investment sales associate at a national investment sales firm. In his 3 years at Marcus and Millichap, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in the Dallas office and also received the Sales Recognition Award in 2021 and 2022. Bill focuses on the disposition and acquisition of Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Parks in Texas and its surrounding states.

Bill grew up in Aurora, Illinois, and graduated from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he also played hockey. He enjoys being able to golf year-round while residing with his wife in Dallas.
