Of the 247 total lots, more than half were finished and made available after May 2021. The property is also entitled for an additional 150+ RV spaces on approximately 26 undeveloped acres. The City of Rockport recently implemented the RV Park Improvement Act that makes future RV park developments much more difficult and expensive. Coastal Breeze’s expansion plans were grandfathered in under the original rules and regulations of RV park development in the city.
