All The Forest’s RV Sites are 30 AMP and are provided Wi-Fi. Next, “The Meadow” features 39 Full Hook-up Back In RV Sites, 11 Full Hook-up Pull-Thru RV Sites, 1 Park Model Cabin Rental. 8 of the RV Sites in the Meadow are 50 AMP and the rest are 30 AMP. Tenants in The Meadow receive Wi-Fi, bathrooms, showers and a local Roosevelt Elk herd as neighbors. The rates for each part of the park are the same but vary between the summer and winter months. In the winter tent sites go for $32/day, RV Sites range from $38-42/day, and 50 AMP RV Sites are $50/day. During the summer months tent sites rent for $37/day, RV Sites range from $42-48/day, and 50 AMP Sites are $53/day. The park does not accommodate long-term guests due to professional decisions by owners. The property features an authentic schoolhouse/museum and general store. The bathrooms and showers have been recently renovated. The laundry room is rented out to CLR Laundry, who pays a monthly fee to operate the space. There is ancillary income from billboards as well.
