Located approximately 30 minutes from Sedona in a lush river valley with access to a running creek Zane Grey RV Resort is a beautiful snowbird resort that also attracts summer guests due to cooler temperatures and hundreds of shade trees. The Verde Valley is a nature lover’s paradise with birdwatching, hiking, ATV riding, horseback riding, and wine tasting all within seconds of this park. All 71 sites have picnic tables as well as fences and trees for privacy and shade. All sites also have 50amp service, full hook ups, and cable. There are 14 pull through sites. The park is not designated 55+ but children are not allowed per management. There is also a six month maximum stay implemented by owners however they have received much interest in park models and have a permit to allow 10 in the park. There are common area bathroom/shower facilities, a dog run, outdoor gathering area including barbecue, and an indoor clubhouse. The office was just recently remodeled as well and all of these are located in a beautiful area on a running creek. This park will always show well especially in the fall as the leaves change.
