The park has 87 full hookup sites and 301 sites with water and electric for a total of 388 sites on approximately 300 acres.  The property is on Highway 80, 25 miles from Lake Tahoe at an elevation of 5,800 feet.  The park is on the Yuba River and Rattlesnake Creek runs through the park.  The park was originally built by 1,000 Trails as a membership park.  There are approximately 10,000 square feet of improvements with a lodge, store/office, six unit motel, maintenance facility, family pavilion, and nine sets of restrooms.  Most of the pedestals are 30 amp electric with some at 50 amp.  Four wells for water service and a sewage treatment plant.  Rental rates were low at $35 for water and electric, $40 for full hookups and $80 and $90 for the motel rooms.  The park also operates a snow park with lift during the winter and operates a profitable parking business.
